Whats My Home Worth provides a subscription-based digital service for real estate agents. As access to the platform is granted immediately upon successful payment, all subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Billing errors caused by our system
  • Payment processed after a confirmed cancellation
  • Proven technical issues that prevent access to the platform and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and approval is at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Partial use of the service during a billing period
  • Failure to use the platform
  • Lack of leads or business results
  • Account suspension or termination due to breach of our Terms of Service

If a free or discounted trial period is offered, users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund policy applies.

  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on the payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension while the matter is investigated.
