1) Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2) What the Platform does
The Platform may provide:
- property related tools and information,
- enquiry forms connecting consumers with agents,
- agent referral links or QR codes,
- optional agent subscription features.
3) Valuation disclaimer
Any automated valuation or market information:
- is informational only,
- may be based on limited data,
- is not a formal appraisal,
- should not replace professional advice.
4) User responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information,
- not impersonate others or submit false enquiries,
- use the Platform lawfully,
- keep your login secure,
- not disrupt or reverse engineer the Platform.
5) Agent participation
If you register as an agent:
- you are responsible for ensuring you are properly licensed,
- you must comply with advertising and consumer laws,
- you must handle personal information lawfully,
- you are responsible for responding to leads and providing service.
We may approve, suspend, or remove agents at our discretion.
6) Communications
By submitting your details, you consent to be contacted regarding your enquiry by us and participating agents via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
7) Fees, subscriptions, and billing
If paid plans or subscriptions are offered:
- pricing will be shown at sign up,
- fees are payable in advance,
- you authorise charges to your selected payment method,
- failed payments may lead to suspension.

8) Prohibited use
You may not:
- send spam or unlawful messages,
- scrape or harvest data,
- upload malicious code,
- infringe intellectual property,
- misuse lead information,
- act in a way that harms the Platform or reputation.
9) Intellectual property
All Platform content, software, branding, and design belong to us. You may not copy or distribute without permission unless specifically allowed for marketing tools.
10) Availability and changes
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11) Third party links
We are not responsible for content or practices of third party websites or services.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages,
- we are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business interruption,
- we are not liable for actions or services of participating agents.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to R1,000.
13) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:
- your misuse of the Platform,
- your breach of these Terms,
- your violation of law or third party rights.
14) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- you breach these Terms,
- we suspect fraud or abuse,
- required by law.
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in South African courts.
